How do I start a new cycle?
Tap any day on the calendar and mark it as the start of your cycle, or let the app automatically detect it based on menstruation entries.
How do I export my chart as PDF?
Go to the List tab, tap on a cycle, and select the PDF export option to share with your instructor or doctor.
Is my data private?
Yes. All data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your data. See our
Privacy Policy for details.
How do I enable iCloud sync?
Go to Settings within the app and toggle "Sync with iCloud" on. Your data will sync across all your Apple devices signed into the same iCloud account.
Can I backup my data?
Yes. Go to Settings and tap "Export Data" to save your data as a JSON file. You can import this file later to restore your data.
What NFP methods does the app support?
The app is designed to work with mucus-based methods like Creighton Model and Billings Ovulation Method. It tracks all standard observations including mucus color, sensation, stretch, and peak days.

Summary: NFP Fertility Tracker does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data to us or third parties. Your data stays on your device.
Data Storage
All fertility tracking data you enter in NFP Fertility Tracker is stored:
- Locally on your device using Apple's Core Data framework
- In your personal iCloud account (optional) if you enable iCloud sync
We, as the developers, do not have access to any data stored on your device or in your iCloud account.
Data Collection
We do not collect:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Health or fertility data
- Usage analytics or statistics
- Device identifiers
- Location data
- Any other personal data
Third-Party Services
NFP Fertility Tracker does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app uses only:
- Apple StoreKit – for in-app purchases (handled entirely by Apple)
- Apple CloudKit/iCloud – for optional data sync (stored in your personal iCloud account)
These are Apple's native frameworks, and any data processed through them is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Data Export
You can export all your data at any time from the Settings screen. The exported JSON file is saved to a location of your choice and is not transmitted to us.
Data Deletion
You can delete all your data at any time from Settings > "Delete All Data". This permanently removes all data from your device and iCloud (if sync is enabled).
Children's Privacy
Our app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
